How Much Is Wegovy at Costco?
It depends on the form and dose. Without insurance, Costco charges Novo Nordisk's self-pay prices.
Wegovy's list price is $1,349 a month, so the self-pay offer takes roughly three quarters off. With commercial insurance that covers Wegovy, the savings card brings it to as little as $25 a month, with savings capped at $100 a month.
