Timing
Inject in the morning to align with natural hormonal pulsatility. For advanced protocols using 2–3 daily injections, space doses 4–6 hours apart to mimic pulsatile GnRH release.
Cycling
Run 6–8 week cycles followed by a 2–4 week break. Kisspeptin is prone to tachyphylaxis (receptor desensitization) with continuous use, so cycling is important.
Stacking
Can be combined with PT-141 for sexual health benefits (space injections 30+ minutes apart). Do NOT use with GnRH antagonists as they directly counteract kisspeptin’s mechanism.
Storage
Store lyophilized vials at -20 °C for long-term or 2–8 °C short-term. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks.
