Timing
Take once daily at the same time each morning with or without food. Morning dosing aligns with natural testosterone rhythm and allows accurate morning bloodwork.
Cycling
Effects begin within 2 weeks and plateau by week 4. Standard cycles are 6 – 12 weeks. Some clinicians prescribe long-term for secondary hypogonadism. Start at 6.25 mg and titrate up based on bloodwork.
Stacking
Sometimes combined with Kisspeptin-10 (works upstream at the hypothalamus) or low-dose anastrozole if estradiol rises excessively. Monitor E2 levels before adding an AI.
Storage
